A friend of mine was considering buying a condo @ Smith Bay (EE Point???) I read this message board all the time, so i told him i would check it out. I don't want to start any heated battles over which beaches are the best and which ones aren't. I am just looking for some basic info on the area (crime, location, etc..) Thanks for all the great help that you all provide. Happy Turkey Day!!

Chris - you need to clarify the location, Smith Bay covers a fairly large area... East End even larger...

Chris if its Point Pleasant - that is a nice property, the condos/apartments I have been in were very spacious and had lovely views of Coki Point area. Its a nice place.
