Has anyone had any experience with Smartnet?

I would like to know as well. I saw that they offered up to gigabit, but they didn't mention anything about their network. They also didn't mention any prices.

I spoke with them yesterday, and they offer the exact same pricing as BBVI & Choice. Same goes for the $199 installation.

Broadband VI is now a free install if you give them a 2 year commitment and automatic credit card pay.

by same exact pricing do you mean for the same speeds?
They seemed to have higher speeds advertised.

When a hitherto unknown entity springs up as an internet provider in the USVI but the links via which you try to get more information and access via their website come up with basic dead ends of "call us" .... ??? Look forward to hearing back from prospective customers who get that wonderful "one on one" special deal.

I believe that Smartnet is doing a "soft opening", hence the unfinished website and unlisted prices.
