The words "reasonable" and "St John" are not allowed to be used in the same sentence...kinda like looking for "reasonable" and "Aspen" 😉

i'm looking for any size... $600 a month aprox... i'm flexible about price but trying to be thrifty. thanks

Hello Suzanne,
On St. John it is more difficult to find apartments then St. Thomas. It is likely you will find an apartment on St. Thomas for $600-750 a month for a one bedroom or studio the latter being the lower price range. On St. John the price will be more. Hard thing about finding apartments on both the islands is you need to be on island, you can also get a real estate agent to represent you and look for a place on your behalf??? or stay in a b&b for a couple days when you first arrive and then use those days to find an apartment.
Your subject line says short term rental... if you are looking for maybe a vacation rental condo or villa for a month expect to pay more $$.
