Sewers
Topic starter
I have been reading this forum for quite awhile. I have a sewer question. If a house has a cistern and has city sewer. How do they charge? Here in Rhode Island they calculate the sewer cost by the amount of water coming in.
How about there?
Thanks

If on the city sewer line, they calculate bythe toilets in the house. It's not much at all. If you have a septic tank, if not on the sewer line, I don't believe there is a charge.
