Seriously, what's up with the weather?

I am soooo enjoying this weather! The cool air is delightful and rain for the fruit trees and cistern can only be seen as a good thing. I do understand that your friends were hoping for better weather but, no worries, the sunshine and heat will return all too soon.

i want a fireplace

This weather is good for a day or so but that's all. Glad it's a Sunday; making a pot of Chili and watching the TV shows I taped last week.

I have new grass seeds and cisterns in need. I'm a happy camper!!

I'm diggind the rain but I'm cold.

The weather this winter has certainly been odd. The trades never settlrd in and the temps have been above normal. It must be El Nino.

A change soon come.

Sea surface temperatures are forecast to be higher than normal this season and winds lighter than normal. Gonna be a hot summer.

LOL, I felt like I was taking in animals two by two last night. Woke up with the dogs UNDER the covers and cats on top!

I have a space heater - niener, nierner, nierner!

I called my mom earlier, back in NC. She was talking about how nice and warm it was at 65 degrees. It's 73 here and I'm in a jacket!

cheryl96, were you the ones at Sunset Grill that came in with friends just off the plane? Right after that my hubby and I dinghy'd to our boat but not before my cellphone got swamped. uggh!

Marlene~ no, wasn't me! I was at home all wrapped up in a blanket with some good red wine to keep warm!
So, today seems to be not be rainy, but the wind is kickin and it's really, really cold!

nice change. get to wear a sweater. but tomorrow probably hot again. then everyone starts getting colds.

only 15 degrees cooler in vermont yesterday. at least we didnt have the snow. maybe snow soon come.

I'm in the same boat, DixieChick. A buddy of mine arrives from Cleveland on Wednesday and I've promised him full sunshine and warm weather for his week's stay!

He's only here for a week, so things better improve! We're doing the ATV tour on Thursday, Buck on Friday and, of course, the parade on Saturday. it would suck if we didn't see the sun for at least part of those activities.

If you get a chance let us know how the ATV tour is, looks interesting, may take my guests on that too.
