Greetings to the Massive,
My wife and I will be on STX sometime in September, mainly to look at real estate. If anyone has advice on what realtor to use or service to use, please forward the info to my email address.
I've been searching the flexmls, but am curious if there are many other listings that are by owner.

You decided on StX over StT?
Real estate agents do not recognize buyers agency on the island. Look at www.viphonebook.com and find a lawyer on the island. The lawyer will recognize you as the customer and help in any deals to put forth. On that note, from the mls listings, call the agent that is listing the property to see the property. I'll explain all to people after Mark and I are done with the crap we're going through. Just trust me on this. A book about our experience is in the works... Another website is www.housesvi.com
