Good Day!
I am seeking a 3- 5 bedroom virtually dilapidated home I can rent for a few years. I am willing to fix it up to livability. I have been searching for a home that is affordable enough for my family to live in and the rental rates are ridiculous! I mean how does one afford a rental property at $3000 a month. I mean I used to live in STT but my family has grown considerably over the last 7 years. When I left I only required a one bedroom.
Well, if anyone has or knows anyone who has a home with four walls and a roof, a fairly decent plumbing system, I would be willing to rent it at a very reasonable affordable rate. I am willing to renovate your home which can include carpentry, painting, landscaping, sheet rocking, etc. Whatever it takes to create a home.
I am anticipating to move to the VI this summer. Please email me if you have such a property.

If you have lived in STT than you should know 'sheet rock' is not that common. You would more likely need skills in concrete, tiling, pest removal, roof maintenance, and cistern maintaining. Landscaping usually requires machete use.
I rented a definite 'fixer upper' four bedroom for $1200/month on STT. Landlord did nothing for the home even though he promised it would be ready by move in date. We promptly had to move out after three months. Good luck.
