I am looking for a security job. I received training in New York and have worked for major cooporations. I am dependable and available to start right away.

If you read and research this forum you will understand that you have to be here in person to even think about getting employed.

I took a look at the phonebook yellow pages and found a bunch of "Security companies". Most were on St Thomas, but a few were on St Croix. Check it out.

starr: I assumed from your post that you were thinking of moving here but you now say that you're living on STX.
Am I missing something here?
"secure sam" found info and posted it in all good faith, which information you could have easily found for yourself since you're living here.

Secure Sam thank you for your effort. I have been in contact with some of these "security companies" but I have made no headway yet.
To clarify STTR misunderstanding; I am a local--who received traning in NY-- and have recently began to visit the board. I was asking whether anyyone may have heard about any recent security job openings--even by word of mouth-- I am trying to explore many avenues in my job search.

If by "in contact" you mean phone calls, you'll never get anyplace. You need to present your self in person.
