Schneider Hospital

Good Night Everyone!
I've been living on St. Croix for a few months now and work as a Respiratory Therapist at the hospital here. I've been looking to get a job as an RT at Schneider (STT) and have been persistent with HR (I feel like you kind of have to be). I've applied both online and in person, spoke to HR over the phone and in person, spoke to the Director of Respiratory in St. Thomas but no one is able to tell me if they are hiring therapists.

So my question is: How hard is it to get a job as an RT at RLS hospital? I feel like I've tried everything. I got a call from HR two months ago asking to set up an interview but every time I call back they say that they need a group of people to do the interview and they are never at the hospital at the same time (that was two months ago). Any RT's or Staff at RLS that can help me?
