Has anyone done any renovations on a unit at Sapphire? I am looking to re do a small bath and small kitchen my place is a studio. For example I want to take a tub out put in new tile through out and a new toilet does anyone have a ballpark on renovating a small bath? Am I looking at 5k or 10k? I have no idea of labor costs and contractors? Also where is the best place to buy a new fridge and small oven? Does Home depot deliver and do they have a good selection?

Yes, HD does deliver. You have to shop around for availability and the best deals - KMart, PriceSmart, etc.
