Anyone hearing anything? A friend just got pulled over and car towed. I am assuming, although she is not saying, that her sticker was expired. Anyone?

They almost always have check points at the beginning of the month, mostly for inspection stickers, but also any other infraction they can come up with at the spur of the moment. They were also visible at the corner where the stop sign is going out to Frenchman's Reef. I know someone who got a ticket for not stopping for 5 seconds at the stop sign. Going to look that one up in the driver's manual. 😉

Think it's supposed to be 3 seconds.

I was taught in the states 5 seconds. Many times I get caught behind a police vehicle. It seems like they are stopped for 5 seconds, but most don't use their turn signal at the stop sign, at a light, or turning into say the high school. Happens here and when I visit he states, caught several police cars do the same in different town/cities. So, seems like a double standard. "Do as I say, but not as I do."
I would rather be behind the police than in front of them. I pull over as soon as I can to let them pass, then go. Lol

Okay, there is nothing in the driver's manual about time. It says only "you must come to a full stop".
