Hello All:
I am a regualar viewer of this forum and need some assistance. Awhile back , I contacted Pamela of the VICL regarding working as a chef on a yacht, but I think people were scared off because I am still living in the states. If Pamela sees this, I would like to give you a current copy of my resume, as it has changed since the one you have or had of mine.
So, the question is does anyone have connections/friends in the restaurant/hospitality industry. If so please let me know.
For reference, I am a culinary school graduate with 4 years of restaurant experience. Any help you could give me would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

Ritz Carlton has several restaurant jobs posted on their site including management, chef, host... https://www.ritzcarlton.com/corporate/employment/search.asp?postype=-1&dept=-1&posName=-1&rg=11&sreg=38&location=-1&Search.x=41&Search.y=16
They are one of the few hotels that list their job openings. You can check in with other resorts too by contacting their Human Resource departments.
