Restaurant Work

I am a culinary school graduate looking to move to St. Thomas in the Fall of '05. Anyone know how the job market is for a cook/chef in a restaurant or hotel. or do you know the pay scale, or some good places to check out. Thanks for the help

I've seen a lot of jobs for chefs on job TV. Sous Chefs, etc. Pay range for these jobs was 32-36K. I'm sure will you find a job fairly easy. Between all of the resorts and restaurants, the only problem you may find is the pay rate. Good Luck.
