Respiratory Therapist. Roy Lester

I am relocating to St.Thomas is a few weeks. I am a licensed certified Respiratory Therapist, though I have never worked as an RT (new grad), I have applied to Roy Lester Schneider and Gov Juan F. Luis.
Roy Lester called to give me an interview for the RT position but then called back and told me that they are currently filled. I was wondering if anyone new what the turn over rate is for the hospitals in USVI and how likely they are to hire new grads. I am looking to be a permanent resident, not a traveler.
I have 5 years in the hospital setting (ICU, trauma, PICU, NICU, Med surf, etc though not as an RT)
Roy Lester is where I really want to be.
If anyone can answer my question that would be much appreciated.
