HI,
I am permanently relocating to St. Thomas on 4/1 and am looking for a short or long term rental. I am ultimately looking for a 1-2 bedroom condo,house,etc for a long term lease that accepts pets. I want to pay between $1000-$1500 with hopefully some utilities incl. A washer'/dryer is a plus!!! Furnished or unfurnished is fine. I will consider a studio or 1 bedroom for less than a $1000/mo. on a month to month basis while I search for a permanent home for my family to follow. Thank you so much for your help!!!! Can't wait to get back to the islands!

Just an update.....I am now only looking for a long term rental on STT. I am looking to secure a pet friendly property between now and June 1st. My dogs are kennel trained, aren't barkers(at all), and are NEVER left out of their kennels unattended, they even sleep in them at night. PLEASE PM or post a reply if you have a property that fits my family's need. Thanks so much!
