Rental Car Companies in St.Croix

The Toyota's from Centerline, Hertz, Avis, Budget, Olympic are usually pretty clean and reliable.

Centerline is a local company with the lowest prices. I've rented dozens of times from them and never had in issue. I don't think I've ever picked one up with over 10 or 12 thousand miles on it, always clean and comfortable. Very accommodating, Their also the only rental company at the seaplane dock, and have had an office right in the airport for about two years now.

I recommend Centerline for all my AirBNB guests.

The last several years Avis has had the best rates for long term rentals (3 months), are very reliable and we have always had brand new Hyundai's.

I have rented from Olympic, Centerline and Budget. All are good. Cars are clean, just a few more scratches on the outside than you see stateside. They always make note of the scratches, but be sure to check along with them.

Also....all have provided great service. The exception is that Olympic closes at 5:00 (I think it's 5....maybe 6:00), and they are not on site at the airport, so if you arrive after that, it's a taxi, then get your car the next day. I usually rent from Olympic, but I had a late flight last time, so I used Budget.

When I picked up the car at the airport at 10:00 at night, I don't remember the agent telling me when I returned it to go ahead and drop off my luggage and check in before returning the car. The return is adjacent to the airport, but no transportation back to the terminal. I drove straight to the return location, had all my luggage and asked how to get to the terminal. The agent said just walk "over that way". When I told her I had all my luggage, she immediately called a driver to take me over. Excellent service!
