Exactly. There have already been numerous rumors that HOVENSA workers that took jobs stateside are being recruited to return home. Were there is smoke there is fire. I wish I wasn't on mat leave other wise I would be able to verify those rumors.

This seems to be the case after reading that article; he contradicted himself several times and basically it sounds like he's just guessing and talking a lot.

Veolia has been on island for many years. Nothing new.
