Can someone give me directions to the recycling center STS down in sub-base. I called them but had problems understanding their directions becuase I've never been to sub base! I'll be coming from Tutu area. Thanks for the help.

I'm not sure where it is but if you will give me the directions "they" gave you maybe I can get you close.
