Does anyone have any recommendations for realtors that might specialize in monthly rentals?
I had seen a few names mentioned over the past few months, but I can't seem to locate those posts now using the search feature.

I don't know if anyone specializes in rentals. From my old real estate experience it was something that went along with the job but not where the money was 🙂 maybe things are different on the islands. Anyway, Reliable Realty 774-8360 in St Croix was posting a high number of rentals when I was watching prior to my pre move visit. I'll be on island Oct 5th and will be wanting to meet with a couple realtors so let me know if you find someone that does specialize in it. My recommendation is just call all of them plus call the condo complexes and see who handles their rentals. See what is available. Good luck to you.

Reliable Realty is in St. Thomas. They do specialize in rentals as well as sales.
