I have been trying to get into the USVI Real Property Tax Database - https://propertytax.vi.gov/ but the site has been down for a while. Has it been moved or does anyone know how to access it?

It was down for a long time after the hurricanes but I was in it several times over a few days a week or so ago. Now it's MIA again. Keep trying.
The WAPA web site went down this morning while I was looking at it. The main web site is back now but the customer service site that handled accounts is still down.
So who knows.

Has it come back at all over the past few weeks? I never seem to be able to get it. Also when I click the "pay taxes online" on the Lt. Governor's site I get the same message that the connection has been reset.... Is it true that you can't pay your taxes on-line either?

Property tax site not coming up for me right now either. Have not been trying lately.

Very strange as most of the other links- with the exception of the "pay bills online" button, all seem to be working consistently. I have e-mailed the assessor's office but no response..

Same here. Been trying daily for weeks. Also emailed them with no response.

The bankrupt government doesn't pay its bills so the hosting company probably took the site down. That would be my guess.

I called St Croix office and they transferred me to STT IT office, got voicemail for Vernon Jones. I didn't leave a message, but the extension is 4302 if anyone is interested in calling.

It seems the VI recorder of deeds database will be managed by a new service starting Feb 28. However, you can get to some data now.

Darn it! I can't seem to catch it when it's up. The last couple of times I did get a message:
