There is a season for real estate?

STT is the one I'm looking at. But, after reading some of the other messages on the board I'm beginning to think that STX is more family friendly.

Sure there is a season for real estate. Or the time of the year when property changes hands more often. Since you guys don't really have the seasons down there, it may not be a particular season. Maybe during the tourist season when vacationers are wishing they lived there because of the cold weather back home??

We update our Real Estate section every 4-6 months, and only recently have been keeping the numbers, haven't noted much of a pattern but I am sure a realtor or someone in the bussiness would be able to give a much more educated response. Perhaps read the sections and get in touch with some of the realtors listed:

and if you want to compare you might read up on St. John and Water Island as well. They are accessiable from the St. Thomas and St. Croix sections.

My son just bought a condo in Pt Pleasant on SST. He had an excellent experience with the agent, her office, the title people, home inspector and the atty.
