Ok, I know the market stinks, banks & mortgage companies are going bust plus house prices are dropping like lead balloons...............but I would still like to obtain a licence. Its something I've always wanted but never pursued......always too busy..yadda yadda yadda! Its not a greed of the money, more so of a silent passion of mine.
You need to be sponsored, pass background check & have sales experience...................well 2 of the 3 is NO PROBLEM Mon! That is if sales experience counts in hi-end ticket items & management experiences via hi-end & customer service. I also have a VI Drivers Licence if that helps & have lived on STX for 5 yrs. Am willing to start at the bottom.......gal friday/gofer ......answer phones and take out the trash........lol. And part time is fine. If anyone knows of a Realtor looking to groom someone please let me know. Hopefully someplace mid island to east area prefered.

There are several Realtors that frequent this board I would think one of them would put you in touch with a broker. I don't see it as being difficult to do.
