Good day
would anyone know where on st croix to take real estate classes?
Are they offered at the college for someone just starting out?

One has to be sponsored by a broker to obtain a Realtor license. UVI CELL has classes from time to time. Check to see if they have any upcoming RE classes scheduled.
Requirements for Real Estate Commissions' Licensure and Examination
- Completed Application
- Applicant must be a resident of the U.S. Virgin Islands for at least thirty days (30) immediately prior to submitting application for examination;
- Letter from licensed broker sponsoring applicant;
- Favorable tax clearance letter from the Bureau of Internal Revenue;
- Payment of Required Fees.

Not sure but believe in order to sell or list you'd have to either take that states license test or work with a licensed agent/broker in that state on a split commission or referral fee basis.
