If you are looking on STX, I can recommend Alexandra. She is a poster on this board and a very good person to work with.
No I don't work with her, nor am I related. I'm a two time customer who went with her for the reason you cited.
Couldn't be happier with her service and her willingness to answer questions.

it clearly depends on the island where you are seeking assistance as it isn't logistically feasible for Realtors to work more than one island. If you need assistance on STX, I can guarantee that I will return your call and/or email. On STT, I confidently send people to "glynnswife", AKA Donna, with confidence that she will take good care of them.

ddlvballstx - Jeff is new to STX and to my agency. I didn't think he had a closing yet. Do you have a condo purchase Pending with him right now? If so, that's terriffic and I wish you all the best in a new life on STX. Which complex did you choose?
