R/E Appraiser? (stx)

Good guy.

We've met him and he does seem like a good guy. And he must be filling a void because he's busier than a one-armed paper hanger.

I used him and would highly recommend him.

we have so few appraisers that they all have more business than they can keep up with. They all do a good job. A couple charge higher rates than the others, especially if you need a commercial appraiser.

You might try Liz Covert 692-9481 She is hard working and has a professional style.I had a hard time finding people who acted asa professional.Liz was one person who did what she said.

Liz is great - i thoroughly recommend her.

Liz is appraising our lot as we speak. I'll let you know what i think after its done. The bank chose her.

If I had had a choice, I would have chosen Liz. The problem was that the bank wanted to use Ron Howard. He came and did his thing, I have not yet seen the results. They made the choice, we pay the bill. Based on what I know thus far, I'd still choose Liz.. If I had heard something really bad on here from someone else, re Ron H, I probably would have fought the bank's choice, but I figured we just got a bad start and hopefully it will work out.

You haven't seen his report but figure you got a bad start? Iguana, Linda J and Betty seem to think he's reasonable and Betty has actually used him in the past and recommended him. It seems unfair to assume that Ron is better or worse than Liz, or anyone else, when you haven't seen his work product and have no personal experience using other local appraisers with which you can compare his work product.
