Questions on Starting a Business
Howdy!
I am planning on moving to STT in the spring of next year, with the intent on opening up some type of mobile, cart-based food vending business (have not decided what type yet), and need some help.
Can anyone tell me how difficult it is to start such a business, how the locals would view it, what the wage (common) range for my employees would be, and what, if any, health code does the Health Department follow?
It would be wonderful to hear from anyone else who has looked into it, and/or any other chunks of wisdom you could throw my way… even if it’s “are you crazy!”

The Dept. of Licensing link Allan provided contains their contact information. They should be able to fill you in on regulations, requirements, inspections ect. that are necessary.
