Does anyone live at, or know someone who lives at, Long Reef Condos, in a studio? If so, would you mind sharing how much rent you pay, either by posting here or pm-ing me? Anything else you would like to add about living there would be appreciated too.

Do an all dates SEARCH on this forum for "Long Reef ". I did and got four pages of old posts. It included comments about $600 rents and low home owners dues.

I have friends who have lived there for about 3 years. I don't know what they pay but know it is less than $1000/month plus utilities. The place is nothing fancy but they feel safe and secure and love the convenience of the location. You are minutes to Christiansted, banks, post office and grocery stores. There is a security guard on the parking lot at night and most always quiet in the complex. They are in a one bedroom, not a studio and their only complaint is with the owner of their unit. Obviously, some units are more kept up or updated than others depending on their owners. But overall, they are very satisfied.
