Just thought I would pass this on to those who need to know. I received this in my e-mail today.
Of course, this should have come at least a couple of weeks ago instead of today. . . .
The Homestead, Veteran, Disabled, Senior, Curcuit Breaker and Class 1 Inheritance exemption forms are now available at the Tax Assessor's office in Cruz Bay . The deadline for filing these forms is May 30, 2008. The exemptions are applicable to your 2006 property tax bill.
I'm sure you could get this forms at the STT or STX tax assessor's office too. Well, not so sure that I would bet on it, but pretty sure.

I have homestead & read that if you already have an exemption you don't have to reapply. Has anyone heard differently?
