Has anyone heard anything about when we will get our 2014 property tax bill? I heard the rumor that this year they would send the bills out early.

2014 to be sent out this month by end of Feb.
2015 to be sent out later this year.
Note:
If you have requested a revaluation of you property tax bill and are in the process of selling your home/property, if they haven't gotten to your property to complete the revaluation process then you pay the amount listed on the last bill prior to the increase on the 2013 bill at closing. Be sure to make your closing attorney aware that you requested the revaluation.
If they have completed, then you pay amount stated on new bill.
Best to check with them if you have questions.
If you're not selling your property and have requested a revaluation, they are supposed to contact you to let you know whether or not your request has been finished being processed and if the amount has changed. You may wish to check with them in this situation, if you haven't heard or the amount on bill has not changed after your request for the revaluation.
