Gang,
I've been reading through this stuff and decided that instead of doing my schoolwork, I'd put together an email list of all the people in that enormous thread looking to relocate. Here is who i've got so far:

Lets get this organized. So far kyle and I are probably heading down June second to scope the scene. Flights are pretty cheap (350 out of phila) so if you're up to it, come check things out.

I am in need of some roommates as mine has bailed out. But as you all maybe moving to St. Thomas, I will be moving to St. Croix. If anyone is without a place to stay as I am please email me or reply back on this thread. I am going to St. Croix at the end of May and moving in August.

Hello all,
We are actually relocating to st. croix in March of 2005 but will probably plan a trip around june or july also. I am kinda of lucky in that my hubby is a native crucian so we know a lot of folks and superb places that many visitors never get to see. please add me to your list so that we may all touch base and compare notes!

Hey there-- I'm totally interested in the email list you all have set up. Two friends from school and I are planning on moving to either St. Thomas or St. Croix in September. We've all just recently graduated from University of Oregon and started researching our move. I'd be super interested in hearing what options you guys find for housing, jobs, etc. and possibly meeting up once the three of us make it down there.

Since Adam is currently celebrating the end of classes for his undergrad career I thought I'd take the liberty of starting the email list. All of you that have responded to this post were added and should have recieved an email by now. So yea... there it is, use it.

Ok I dont know why I didnt think of this before but I set up a Yahoo! Group. It is basically a message board like this one with a few more member features such as profiles, pics, etc...
I think this will be very beneficial once people start making their pre-move visits (which should be happening soon). Yahoo! has options for photos, files, databases, links, all kinds of stuff. So for example: You go on your premove visit, bring your digital camera, and take pics of available rentals, then post them on the group site. You can make a database of everyone who is wanting to move in together, listing their "living traits", where they want to live, how much they want to pay, etc... and find who is compatible. It has many options that hopefully we will use.

Thanks Kyle. And yes I'm celebrating, but I was keeping on top of things....sorta. I've got about 15 peoples addresses saved and was waiting for a few more before starting the emails. But Kyle, good call on the yahoo group, everyone get in on that. Lets try to keep things going on here too so that people can still get in on whats going down. I'll be buying my plane ticket tomorrow, let the games begin

hey i will check and see if i can go around june 2. what day exactly will you be arriving in stt. where are you flying from? which airline? great idea about emailing everyone, is there somewhere that all of our email addresses can be listed. i can't wait to get to know everyone. i'm game for going to stt for a pre move trip when you guys go, just let me know the details.

Hey Kristy,
We're flying out of Philadelphia on the 2nd of June which is a Wednesday, flying nonstop to STT. We are flying USair, $330 RT. As of right now we don't have any hotel plans but should soon. Let us know if you'll be down there, the more the merrier.
