One always hears from the people with complaints, not so much from the people who are satisfied. I know many folks who are happy with their doctors and health care. If someone needs specialty care, it is different. If you are expecting stateside levels, you will be unhappy.

IMHO, the experience a professional- like a pharmacist with a necessary skill- may have can be very different from the transient food and beverage person.

Midnite, I still stand by:
1. Rent for at least a year.
2. Evaluate your experience then and decide if you are in for another year.
3. Do not burn your bridges back home.
4. When you come in January, visit the schools, physician practices, etc.
5. Good luck!
