Does anyone know if you need permission to have the wedding ceremony at Point Udall? Not reception.

Good question! I wouldn't think so? How would they know and who should care?
Ask forgiveness instead of permission.*-)

Just asked Big Beard (he's preformed many weddings there) and he said, no you do not need permission.

Would be a bummer to plan your wedding for there and find out it's the same time as the local NORML meeting or the 24 Hour Bingefest.

I believe PT Udall may be part of the National Park. Ask them what may be required.

I don't think Point Udall is a National Park Service property. I asked somebody at NPS, and he suggested "Check with DPNR. East end marine park."
