Hello there, we are moving in March but we need to open a PO BOX very soon. Any suggestions on location, parking availibilty? Basically it will be our everyday commute/stop for a few months until we find a place to buy. We are going to live for a while near the Juan F Luis Hospital. I see on line 4 USPS locations (within 0.33m)but don't know anything about them. Any suggestion will be much appreciated. Thanks. Martin and Jen.

Hi Martin. Have you located temporary housing now? The closest post office to the hospital would be the branch in Sunny Isle... although the traffic and parking congestion may not make it your ideal. Kingshill is a bit more out of your way, but it or Richmond may be your best choices. I don't think any of the post offices are within 1/3 mile of the hospital, although the Sunny Isle branch isn't much more than that.

There is a Mailbox etc. substation also at Sunny Isle very convenient from the hospital. I believe they also are better about setting up boxes for people from the mainland without them being present on the island to make the arrangements in person. They don't always have vacant boxes, however.

Hello! no, we haven't look into the temporary housing yet, but we are going to look for something near the hospital to start out.
I didn't know that there is a Mailbox etc. place there. Thank you.
I saw the USPS office on estate richmond and the one on marquet square being close to the hospital.

The one listed as Market Square is the Sunny Isle location. Richmond is on the north shore road going into C'sted close to Baby Burgers. If you do wind up going with a rental unit at St. C's condos, they have a mailroom there and it is not required to have a separate post office box. That convenience factor is a nice bonus.
