PMV update on ST CROIX

Hello there again folks! I am sorry I have been so non participating, however things have gotten much better in my life, and busier at the same time.

For people seeking a PMV situation that will give a realistic view of the island, there are two apartments I always use for that, one efficiency and one, one bedroom.

The one bedroom is taken at least for the next 8 weeks (I think), and the efficiency is booked straight through the fall by various people.

There is also a third option, however as longer term visitors are knocking at the door, I would need to hear something rather quickly. It is a condo in the La Princesse area, directly on the water. It is absolutely beautiful, one bedroom, full amenities, a study and the constant sound of the surf. Although that might not give the full view of croix, it is close enough to C'sted, shopping, medical facilities, etc. that it is an easy access way to explore the island.

Again, in order for this to work for a person doing a pre-move visit, I would need to hear fairly quickly about people's intentions. I really do hope this can be of use to multiple people as it seems that housing just keeps getting tighter.
