A bit of background for the visit its me and my wife both are 30 and our son who will be staying home in NYC is 13 months old were looking for a two-three bedroom a safe with close proximity to the hospital and closer proximity to the beach all ideas and suggestions are welcome need help !!! hoping to do a longer PMV in the coming months but this is all we can squeeze in right now w work .
Which island?? I'm a Realtor on St John if that helps but being you are looking close to the hospital I assume not St John unless you are referring to the clinic

Oops sorry STX looking to rent budget 1000-1500
My pal Kim Lucas in STX. She works for Southbys, google her #. Tell her Adrian sent ya. She is AWESOME! I miss her, gonna have to make it to STX next month. Since she is now with Southbys (used to have her own shop) she may not do rentals but will hook you up with someone who will. I trust her advice and opinions 150%. We stayed with her on our PMV there and became fast friends.
Awesome thank you so much I will contact her on Monday , that's what I was looking for I mean I clearly see the other realtors listed just don't know which is best and with such short time I don't want to have any wasted time ya know. Thanks again and please if anyone else has advice please reply
If you aren't ready to move for awhile, trying to find a specific property to rent might be premature. If you plan to rent a condo eventually, then certainly check out the complexes with the sizes of units you have in mind. Try not to fall in love with a specific unit, however, as they are all decorated and maintained differently and you may not get the one you want when you are ready to make the move. Human nature being what it is, once you picture yourself living in a specific property it's tough emotionally to accept a different place that you keep telling yourself isn't quite as good. I'm no longer working as a 'Realtor on the island, but have seen this play out many times in years past.
If you do decide to make the move and like the Colony Cove complex, there is a great rental unit there that I sold to a couple from the east coast a few years back that is sometimes available at the price range you listed. They keep it maintained better than most properties I've seen on the island in 10 years. I can put you in touch with them if that sounds interesting when your moving date approaches.
I did a PMV a couple of weeks ago and spent some time looking at places with Caryn Hodge from Blue Sky Real Estate. She was very nice and showed me different possibilities. I've pasted her info below. But, be sure to work with a few different realtors as they typically only show the properties listed with their agency. Good luck! 🙂

I am also a Realtor and I always show people what may suit them regardless of whose listing it is.
Jumping from Realtor to Realtor just wastes everyone's time.
Yea not looking to jump hoping for a solid lead and just going with and hoping for the best
