Please help me find a home for this beautiful puppy, on STX
Her story,
I first saw her 2 months ago in the bush at Salt River. Skinny and scared.
I began to feed her, she was scared to come up to me, I just left food out. She is now living on my back porch and has really come out of her shell. Of course, she loves to be inside with us when she can. She sleeps outside at night.
She is super sweet, beautiful dog. She is 5 1/2 months old. She is a red brindle Crucian mix. She weighs 36 pounds. She may get a little bigger but not more then 50lbs. I took her to the vet, she is in good health, had her shots.
I already made an appt. in 2 weeks to have her fixed. She is on heartworm prevention, and flea and tick prevention.
I'm willing to pay for her other shot she needs in a month and her being spay.
If someone can take her, she will come with a supply of dog food, dog chews, treats, dog shampoo, dog brush, heartworm prevention and flea and tick prevention.
She loves being around people and other dogs. She knows how to sit and to lay down. She has been easy to train.
We cannot keep her. This is the 7th dog in 2 months that we have helped. We try to our best to find homes for them, we had to take several to the shelter to get them off the streets. Please help me find this cute little girl a home.
If interested I can email you PICS. I don't know how to post PICS on here.
Thanks for reading.

What a beauty!
Thanks for going the extra mile to find this pup a home!
Best of luck for a forever, loving family and home.
Thanks Alana, she is a really great dog.
A few of us are going to be setting up a foster network in the next week or so.
Until then, I would suggest the AWC.
She is beautiful. Some family will be lucky to have her !
Thanks again for caring .
Update:
Good news, we found this beautiful puppy a home.
She will be flying to her new home in North Carolina on November 7th.
Guests of ours are flying her back with them.
We are so excited she is going to a great home.
Thanks for reading.
The best news I've seen on this board for the longest time now... and no pointless arguing or trolling...
I am glad... Congratulations to you and the pup...
That is great news !
Hip, Hip, Hurray!
I think that's one thing we can all agree on!
Thanks for finding this sweet girl a good, forever home.
Ya done good!
Thanks everyone, it does feel good to be able to report such good news.
We are so happy for this little girl.
I'm picking her up this morning at Island animal clinic. She was spay yesterday.
She is ready to go to her new home. YEAH!!!!!!!
Margarita girl hats off to you for helping out the local animals in need!!! I am looking to move to stx in the next 6 moths and need to purchase a condo that allows large dogs I have a resuced black lab that will be coming with us, please let me know if you know of any condo that allow a large lab. Has to be water front .We we get down I am sure we can help you with your cause
Thanks Cpgrouper,
I love hearing that you are bringing your black lab with you. Labs are great dogs.
I really don't know which condos allow dogs. You might want to rent something first then purchase. That way you could see for yourself which condo would meet your needs.
When we moved down, we moved our large German Sheppard with us. We stayed in a private villa for a month before purchasing our home.
Contact Kim Lucas a Realtor from Sotheby's, she will know.
The puppy leaves on Friday with her new owners. They met her for the first time on Thursday. They fell in love with her, the puppy seems to like them as well.
A very happy ending for this beautiful pup.
Thanks for offering to help our island dogs. Even a small donation to the animal shelter would be helpful. Every little bit helps.
That's AWESOME! Your guests got a very special souvenir from there trip. They could call her Margarita! Or Cruz....
They are calling her Mango. So cute.
That is great! Congratulations!
