Our pet sitter for a number of years has left the island and we are in search of a new one.
We live on a gated estate, mid island STX, close to everything and need someone to watch our dog while we are away.
He is very easy and extremely social. We travel frequently and our next trip is at the end of Feb for one week.
They must be willing to spend the evenings in our Caribbean cottage on the property.
If anyone knows of a responsible, mature individual or couple that may be interested and has references, please PM us.

Idea for getting a pet-sitter for free: Trade with somebody from off-island. They get free lodging from you while on vacation on STX for the week, and you get free pet-sitting from them. It may not suit your exact situation, but others have done it.

I was just re thiinking the brother thing. If you PM me the dates, I can see if I can cut loose and be down there. Been meaning to take a quick buzz down there soon to take care of a few things. Would be happy to house/petsit myself if the dates worked out.
