I'm trying to find out how to pay WAPA on line. I can find a wapa web site but no where on it is a place to pay the bill. Help!

Click on CUSTOMERS/ then click PAY YOUR BILLS HERE-- follow the instructions to get a pin #

You also have to email to set up your pin/password first or thats what I had to do.

Does anyone know if they take American Express on line yet. I tried a couple of years ago, and they didn't.
Just an FYI, Innovative does take AMEX, even though it doesn't appear as though they do, looking at the logos. If you click on the credit card drop down, it's there.

Come see me across the street if you cant figure it out---I pay over 30 WAPA bills on line monthly----once set up, its great

I started setting up ours, but then when I discovered they didn't take AMEX on line, I just stopped entering all our different accounts. We use the card for all the points, so we continue to go through the drive thru, or the inside window. Hope you're getting points for all you bills, too. With that many, at crazy WAPA rates, it really ups our points quickly.

I pay mine online, once set up, it is sooooooo easy. I will never ever pay 55 dollars to turn it back on fee again !
And I use my CC that give me POINTS. I wouldn't use a CC that didn't give me something. I'm just that way !

Yes,you can, but the site can be a little buggy sometimes. http://www.innovativetelephone.com/login1.aspx
You can also set up automatic payments with innovative, which is risky IMO.

Actually, the drive thru on STX was closed the last month when I went. Had to go inside, and I thought "oh boy...gonna be a long afternoon", but not at all. Went quickly.

I just got our WAPA bill today. SOMEBODY, and I'm not naming any names, forgot to pay our bill last month. So I hope I continue to have power until he gets home!!

Do it all the time. Every time the first of the month comes I go on line and pay. That way I never get disconnected.
