If you haven't used them in a while, their rates went up dramatically for any package under 4 cu ft. It's cheaper now to ship direct here from Amazon then it was to use Paradise. I'm a little disappointed that they didn't send an email out to everyone who has used them recently, wouldn't be that hard to do imo.
New rates as of Dec 8th:
less 1 cft - $5 to $12
1-1.99 cft $10 to $18
2-2.99 cft $20 to $28
3-3.99 cft $35 to $40
Over 4 cft - no change

I ship a ton of stuff through them each week but honestly hadn't noticed any change.
I know its a massive PITA for them to handle small packages.
