I just posted an ad for this in the Avis - came out in today's paper. But I would prefer to give someone on the board an opportunity to live their dreams. It comes with me - sorry 'bout that - but I'm pretty cool. It is fully furnished. Bring clothes and money. That's it. Updated the picture link on it too.

Just thought I would make this available to those of you on the Vacation Board as well.
As I am moving into a 2br/2ba condo on the west shore north of Frederiksted July 1st, I will have the other half (1br/1ba) available for a roommate. Any interested people can contact me through pm.

Rent will be $700 includes cable, phone, wapa, & "association" required monthly maid cleaning service. Parking is off street but will be tight for two vehicles (mine and 1 other).

I wanna, I wanna, I wanna.....but, I know HE won't wanna live on the other end of the island....he has to be at work in C'sted at 0600. UGH!!!!!!!!
I would pay for it myself and let him live FREE!

I find that I am up between 5am and 5:30am without an alarm. The sun, something about the air here, I'm not sure what it is. But I haven't set an alarm yet and haven't slept past 6am. Even when going to be after midnight.
It's really not that far. Jump on the Melvin Evans and bam! you are there!
Just think - Scuba Shack and a couple other dive places have store fronts in Frederiksted - and there are a lot of boats - divers and fishers out front between the condo and the pier.......
LOTS of potential here Alix..... I'm not twisting too hard am I?

You're killin' me.......aaaaaahhhhhhhgggggghhhhhh! I'm gonna run it by him. I plan on getting a car when we move there, so, I don't see what the issue is!!!!!!!! 🙂 So, is there any employment within walking distance, by chance?

I'm tryin' here....I really am.
I get up at 6 or so here in the states au naturale.....so, I'm sure it will be even earlier there. He says it is a 30-45 minute drive to C'sted from there, but, he hasn't lived there in a few years....plus, you work there, too...don't you? Hell, ya'll could car pool on days that he didn't have to be there until later.....

I told him....help me out here, Linda......this is an awesome place, if only for a few months.....but, I have to warn you....we are REALLY in love....kinda sick.

really in love equal lots of sex? Where are those toys? Could I borrow one or two? lol - you kill me. Music is said to enhance the experience (or cover up the sounds).
We just need to respect the neighbors.

Baby....you can use/borrow/listen (or whatever) all you want.....yes, really in love equals lots of sex. I won't offend the neighbors, promise. Mind if we stay with you on the 7th or so? He is just really worried about the drive. Any chance of us stayin' there to get up and try the drive at 0500 or so just so he can experience it for himself? That would be awesome. We will give you whatever the goin' rate for the hotel would be.
