Does anyone know where to refill oxygen tanks? I have friend traveling who uses portable oxygen and will need to refill upon landing in STX

I think Carib Supply refills them. I know that's where my husband gets the large tanks filled for charging up O2 systems on aircraft, but I'm not positive if they refill personal size tanks. Most likely they do.
The hospital also would know for sure.
