I sent an email about the ignorance I encountered the other night, and got a phone call within 5 minutes from Gov't House!! Also I was told that the Governor should reply by email as well.

I tried to report a robbery for someone and they told me that the robbed person had to make the call. I wonder if they were killed if they could make the call? Shear ignorance.

Ronnie: "Chapter 362: Shear Ignorance." You had better get busy on that book. 😉

Ronnie,
When you got the call from Government House, did they say the 911 operator was following official policy and responded properly, or did they say the operator was in error?

They said that they were preparing to revamp, reeducate and move out the worst ones. They have a new training session getting ready to do this.
