I know of only one... I can't recall his last name now... If he is still there, the office is at Sunny Isles, right by Marshall & Sterling Insurance & facing towards the Vision Center...

Wife has been to all three. As well as chiropractor, physical therapy, shots in the back.....She liked Dr. Appleyard best. All 3 said she required back surgery for a herniated disk. As a last ditch effort she tried acupuncture.

Stewart, Peter, M Ac OM - Acupressure - Acupuncture, Oriental Medicine, Herbs / Herbalists
Arawak Bldg., St. Croix
340-719-7564

He is truly a miracle worker. And reasonable. He has since helped a few of our friends with varying ailments. Unbelievable!, but the proof is she is finally pain free. Dr. Stewart will schedule a first consultation and tell you whether he thinks he can help. If not, he'll tell you. (tu)

Thanks everyone.

Was thinking Dr Appleyard, but since her co drs are more specialized in knee problems I made an appointment with Dr Chase.

Have not been impressed at all with Pedersen...

Does he also have an office on St. Thomas?
I'm looking for someone that practices all those (or at least most of) methods on Stt.

Don't think so. But maybe worth a Seaplane ride.

You will like chase. I had a dislocated shoulder and he treated it perfectly. Have had no issues since. Nice guy. I remember when it came time to take my X-ray, the X-ray tech wasn't around so he took the X-ray himself to accelerate my being admitted to the hospital for my shoulder procedure. What doctor takes the time to do that?

Thanks for your reply Stt007, sounds very nice! And yes he has an office on Stx at the old Queens Quarter Hotel.

And thanks Skysthelimit, for the info on Peter Stewart. Have heard more great things about him, will have to try!
