Falling asleep last night to the sound of caribbean tree frogs...waking up to a beautiful sunrise...knowing I don't have to put on a coat, gloves or snow boots today!

Living minutes from some of the most amazing beaches and coral reefs in the world is the best part, for me.
Life moves slowly enough here that I don't feel I'm always struggling to catch up with it.

Eating at a restaurant on right on the beach watching the incredible sunset and feeling the gentle, cooling sea breezes.

Laying in my hammock, gently swaying. Night jasmine laces the air and tickles my nose. Tree frogs and crickets begin to serenade their lovers. Moon reflects on the water, dancing with the waves. Stars twinkle as far as the eye can see. Hermit crabs scurry about as geckos chase prey in the soft veranda lights. My little dog gives chase while she dreams. I smile, patting her head. Another perfect end to another perfect day.

Looking at the sea from the bedroom and living room and hearing the waves on the rocks below. Nice cool breezes 90% of the time.

When you do get "just what you want" at a store or restaraunt really appreciating it rather than expecting it. Its so easy to stop appreciating things that make you happy when they are ever present, and living here restores that.
Getting the perfect pizza for me and Tortellini for my wife with an awesome glass of wine at Cultured Pelican after a hards week work delighted me last night, back in the states I wouldn't have even thought twice about it, instead missing how happy something simple as a good meal could make you.

Beautiful islands, Beautiful people, Wonderful life. If I don't smile I should be motivated in my low, posterior brain center!!!!! ( I still have flashbacks and wonder what the hills will be like in the winter.)

Yeah - tomorrow is out - Monday Night Football at our house because of the Browns but maybe next Monday 🙂 I've been wanting to go to Tracey's so this is a good excuse
