Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a real estate agent that could write up a contract to purchase for a property, for a reasonable price? I am the seller, and have a buyer. We have already agreed upon terms, and are not looking for a full service real estate agent in this situation. We were attempting to use our attorneys for this, but they seem to be making it overly complicated.

Thanks,
Brandon

Your attorney, which you will need, in any case, can write up an offer to purchase document. Just be clear very on on the terms and conditions discussed.

Obviously, a Real Estate Attorney would be best that has experience in in transactions from start to finish.

Once signed and accepted by both parties it's a done deal, unless there's a dispute and an addendum is needed to rectify and is added.
It behooves both parties to be specific.
If home is being sold furnished and buyer is seeking a mortgage, have a separate contractual agreement. Banks lend on property not furniture.
Good luck.

My husband and I just closed on a property in STT.
We used Marcia Resnick. She was on it!
We live in California and completed the entire transaction from here.
She was very good with communication and working with the sellers attorney.

Anyway, I don't want to sound like a advertisement.
Here is her info.

Marcia B. Resnick, Esq.
