Former STT "resident" accused of killing ex-girlfriend who was a former "resident"
Now you wonder why the "locals" don't trust newcomers or takes awhile to warm up to us.
But I did see on VI Cops on YouTube a St. Croix " local" that was wanted in the states on a warrant out of Camden, NJ, for selling heroin within so many yards of a school. So, I guess it goes both ways.
I will post that YouTube link when I find it.
