Good day, If I want to work in USVI, what is the procedure for getting a Work Permit if I am a non US citizen?
I am currently in BVI and see job opportunities on STT and wonder if I can apply for a position and a work permit on USVI or do I have to go through the USA Mainland.
Also would my spouse be permitted to seek employment?

Its the same as it would be if you were applying in the USA.
You'll need an employer who is willing to sponsor you for the appropriate visa.
Under the current administration, all immigration and visa matters are taking 2 - 3 times as long to process and come under a lot more scrutiny than in the past.
You're potential employer will have to prove that there are no American's available to perform the job that they are offering you.
It won't be easy.

Gosh it sounds almost as difficult as an American seeking employment in the BVI.

You can find information here for work permits. The US Citizenship and Immigration Service processes all persons desiring to work or live within the US or its territories.
