The lady Doug spoke to this morning said service should be restored by the 19th but she still didn't see an outage. I will send an email as well. Hopefully if everyone keeps calling and emailing we will have service soon.

they just told me end of day on the 17th...and that they are supposedly working on it now.
would be interesting to drive by and see if anyone is even there !

Maybe they are upgrading the equipment? I know, wishful thinking. I use Magic Jack on my laptop and with the MJ app on my iPhone for times like this. It works well and I think it's just $30/year.
I did message AT&T on Facebook and got a relatively fast response. FYI, if you Are a member of AARP bring your card and an ID to the AT&T store to get a 10% discount each month on your bill. Peace
LOL Tart! Sorry I sound like a whiner. I operate my stateside business from my home here on STX and I am a bit frustrated. My fault for not putting in a land line. I was on the phone with a client when the phones went down again.

Would everyone without cell phone service please report the outage again. AT&T may think the issues is resolved since we had service for a while today. I sent another email.
