Any hints when the next real estate property tax bill is coming out in STX ... or when due? I think we are up to 2013 by now, and was expecting it March or so. Sometimes mailed notice has barely reached us in time in past years.

They are usually out by now but haven't rec'd mine as yet either.
We are up to 2013. Property taxes are 1 yr. behind unless a suit is brought such as what happened and caused the last few years delays which we had to catch up on by having them issue 2 bills per yr. until up to 2013.
