LEAC - Legalized Extortion Against Crucians🙁

Love your acronym but the LEAC is killing us here in STT too. Therefore, I have to change your letter C to make it more generalized. Lets change Crucians to Customers! That will cover all of us who suffer.

That a good one. Still not sure why WAPA has an "exclusive" deal wth Hovensa? Most other utilies in the same boat, like Bahamas Electric send it out for RFQ. WAPA does know how that works since all they do now is RFQs for PPAs.
